Payment for event registration is processed by third-party payment processors; the Organizer does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers.

By attending or participating in the Service, you consent to being included in such photographs and recordings, and to the Organizer’s use of your name, image, and likeness captured therein for promotional, marketing, archival, and reporting purposes, without additional compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the Organizers, who will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide shots of the venue or audience.

3. License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HASHED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of the Service.

You agree not to submit or post any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. HASHED reserves the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.

The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of HASHED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without HASHED’s prior written consent. Trademarks, logos, and other content belonging to Bloomingbit, sponsors, exhibitors, or other third parties that appear in connection with the Service remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing in this Privacy Policy transfers any rights therein.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HASHED, EastPoint, Bloomingbit, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE, AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ORGANIZER DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ORGANIZER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ORGANIZER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO ATTEND THE EVENT.

9. Event Changes; Force Majeure

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the format, agenda, speakers, venue, or date of the event, or to postpone or cancel it, at their discretion, including for reasons beyond their reasonable control (such as acts of God, government action, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability). Except as required by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any such modification, postponement, or cancellation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy and the Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
